Review

As someone who grew up with a lot of internet access, I saw a lot of American Psycho memes. The thing about the movie is that all of those scenes that were turned into memes, are immensely funnier in the movie. So many scenes from the movie made me laugh out loud. I love Patrick Bateman, not because of the sigma shit, but because he is SO pathetic. He cannot go more than five minutes without whining about something. Christian Bale is SO good in the movie, he embodied Patrick Bateman so well. Just all of the mannerisms and movements he makes just adds so much to the character. I will say that there's maybe just a BIT too much sex for my taste, but to be fair the scene where he's flexing in the mirror says a lot about him. Also I think of the line "I've killed 20, maybe 40 people" constantly. He does NOT gaf
